Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and bank transfers for orders above $5,000.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, our atelier begins preparation. Please contact concierge as quickly as possible.

Every K&C piece arrives in our signature cream and gold packaging at no additional charge. Personalised gift notes can be added at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Express shipping is complimentary worldwide and takes 2–3 business days within Europe, 3–5 days to North America and Asia-Pacific, and 5–7 days for the rest of the world.

Yes, we ship to over 90 countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your total—no surprise charges on delivery.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, with real-time updates from our courier partner.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30 days from delivery for returns and exchanges on unworn pieces in their original condition with all tags attached.

Visit the Returns page or contact our concierge. We will arrange a complimentary collection from your address.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return, to the original payment method.

Product & Care

Hand wash in cool water with a wool detergent, lay flat to dry, and store folded with cedar to prevent moths. Each piece arrives with a detailed care card.

Yes — complimentary first alterations on all tailoring, and lifetime repair services for any K&C piece.

Most of our knitwear, tailoring, and accessories are crafted in Italy. Footwear is made in Spain and Portugal. Each product page lists country of origin.
