We arrange a complimentary courier collection from your address.

Our atelier inspects the piece within 48 hours of arrival.

Refund
Refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Eligibility
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Final-sale and bespoke pieces are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
To exchange a piece for a different size or colour, follow the return process and place a new order — your refund will be issued in parallel.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our concierge within 7 days. We will arrange immediate replacement and collection at our cost.
